About Us

The Think One story is an amazing tale of entrepreneurship and achieving one’s dreams through hard work and dedication. The founding member of Think One, Mr Neo Tiam Ting, started the business from humble beginnings in 1992 as a single-man outfit to grow the company into a major player in the commercial vehicle industry with an annual turnover exceeding S$100 million.

When Mr Neo first started the business, he did not have a company or even a proper sales and purchase agreement. All he had was his passion for cars and his determination. The business started with single sales of cars, and rapidly expanded as Mr Neo’s reputation for honesty and efficiency grew and passed on through word of mouth.

Within a mere 3 years, he expanded to a company with 8 employees and an office at Upper Changi Road East. Mr Neo’s far-sightedness and his famous “Never say die” attitude has helped the business expand to more than 50 employees, and Think One is now widely regarded as one of the market leaders in commercial vehicles dealership in the local and export market.
